great Location, good value

helpful staff tea selection

i've stayed in ibis budget hotels before. The staff were cheerful and helpful, especially as i needed a taxi early. Breakfast had a lovely selection with proper tea available in big cups.

the elevator moved slowly. It was also way TOO small for the amount of guests staying there.

the hotel has a great location close to the train station. This is great for spending the night after a late flight. i could easily access transport links for onward travel.

the room was clean. Everything in the room worked perfectly . i found the bed and the pillows to be very comfortable after a long day.

convenient CENTRAL location

central location efficient staff

i found this location very convenient. it is close to several attractions and transportation hubs. i was able to easily walk to the city center and nearby restaurants. the staff WAS efficient.

the room lacked soundproofing. this made it difficult to relax fully, especially during daytime hours.

the hotel offered excellent access to key areas. it was a short walk from the train station. various restaurants and shops were also nearby for added convenience, very useful when getting around.

the rooms WERE clean and adequately equipped. each room had comfortable beds and fresh towels. the layout was functional, providing sufficient space for luggage and movement to enjoy.

the staff displayed really good hospitality. they addressed all inquiries efficiently and really. they were especially helpful with directions and recommendations for local dining, so the trip was successful.

smoke smell missing handle

the location was acceptable near public transport.

The room reeked of smoke. It was unpleasant. the tight space felt better suited for one person, not a couple. to top it off, the toilet lacked a handle inside, and showering reminded me of a balancing act without proper support.

clean room comfortable mattress shower cupboard no privacy

The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Free luggage storage was available , which I found helpful.

The shower was in a small cupboard in the room. The toilet room had a door with gaps , so there was zero privacy.
